What this service does

Agent Email Tracker lets you connect Gmail, create tracked email or drafts through an AI agent, and see whether a tracking image was requested. A requested image is shown as Opened. Image blocking, caching, and automated requests can affect that signal; it cannot prove that a person read the message.

Data we use

With your permission, we use the Google account identity and Gmail draft and send permissions to create messages you request and to check whether a draft was sent. We store your connected email address and an encrypted Google refresh token. For each tracked message, we store its recipient, subject, Gmail message and thread identifiers, draft or sent state, creation time, and first recorded image request time. We do not store the message body in our tracking database.

Tracking image

Tracked email contains a unique image URL hosted by this service. The recipient’s mail application or image proxy can request it without signing in. That request lets us update the message status. Our hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request information such as IP address, user agent, and time in operational logs; we do not add those details to your tracking record.

How data is used and shared

We use this data to send or draft the email you request, show tracking status to your signed-in account, and display ticks in your paired browser extension. We send message content to Gmail to deliver it. Our hosting providers process data needed to operate the service. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train or improve non-personalized AI models.

Retention and control

Tracking history remains until you delete it. Disconnecting Gmail revokes the browser pairing and removes the stored Gmail connection, while leaving tracking history. Use “Delete my data” on your dashboard to remove your tracking history, Gmail connection, and browser pairing. You can also revoke access in your Google Account. Operational logs are subject to the hosting provider’s retention settings.
